This is an interpersonal process group for men that aims to raise awareness of one's self and one's style of relating with others through experiential means. Participants will improve their social skills in addition to addressing personal issues such as loneliness, communication, culture, intimacy, sex, stress, sadness, performance, anger, procrastination, and pornography use. Other topics and issues will be welcomed. Being “real” and connecting with other men are essential to grow and mature in life. If you are interested in participating in this group, please call CAPS at (530) 752-0871 or come to 219 North Hall to schedule an intake or group screening appointment.
