This is a 5-week workshop series that focuses on increasing positive body esteem and challenging environmental and societal factors that are unhealthy for body image. Each week there will be a brief presentation followed by group activities and discussion on the following topics:

Week 3 - Defining Ourselves: Family and Cultural Perceptions
Week 4 - Mindfulness: Increasing Our Awareness
Week 5 - Getting Intimate: Body Image and Relationships
