CAPS oversees the activities of two student focused peer counseling programs, The House and the MIP Internship. Students who participate in these programs receive extensive training and then provide educational and peer counseling to students.

The House

Feature

The House is a drop-in and phone counseling service, open weekdays 8am to 5pm. Students can talk to another student about personal and academic problems. House staff help students with concerns such as relationship, loneliness, depression, and personal growth and provide workshops and wellness programs. Located adjacent to the Housing Office, The House phone number is 752-2790.
