Dr. Boyer promotes life skills development to enhance performance. She encourages student-athletes to attend to full mind and body development. Dr. Boyer encourages student-athletes to achieve the exceptional feeling of performing at a consistently high level, by attending to two overriding factors that contribute to success and/or enjoyment: (1) Technical Skills and (2) Mind/Body Skills.
